Breakfasts are however available to purchase from our All Day Cafe from 8:00am.

Yes, the Cafe/Bar is open to the Public, Food is served from 8:00am and Alcoholic Drinks are seved from 11:00am

Dogs Policy

1 In our Bar Area. Dogs are welcome provided they are not Moulting, Toilet Trained and Well Behaved.

2 Residential Guests that wish to bring Dogs on their Stay at the Hotel must meet the following conditions.

A Dogs are welcome provided they are not Moulting, Toilet Trained and Well Behaved.

B Should there found to be Loose Dog hairs in the Rooms, we reserve the right to make an additional charge of £10 per clean

C The Number of Dogs allowed is limited to Two only.

D The Hotel must be informed before hand that the Guests are wishing to bring Dogs.

Booking Policy

Deposits Policy

We require 100% Deposit / Payment at the time of Booking your Accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

For Direct Bookings with the Roy Bridge Hotel. You may cancelled your Accommodation Booking by Email or Letter.

1 Cancel before 14 Days prior to the Arrival Date, There is no monetary reimbursement however we do offer a Voucher which is Valid for 1 Year from the Original Date of your Arrival at the Hotel. This gives you ample time to re-use the Voucher.

2 Cancel between 14 Days and the Arrival Date, the Cancellation Charge is 100% of the total amount Due for the Booking with No offer of a Voucher.

 

Bookings made via other Online Travel Agencies (OTA) Their Cancellation Policy's may vary. Please check with them for Cancellations.

 

General Rule of Cancellation is:-

1 If your have booked direct with the Roy Bridge Hotel then your may cancel your booking with the Roy Bridge Hotel.

2 If you have booked with an On Line Travel Company then you have to Cancel with the On Line Travel Company and in turn they will cancel with us.

Smoking Policy

There is NO Smoking and No Vapping allowed in any part of the Hotel. Guest who do not adhere to this condition will NOT be welcome in the Hotel.

Check In/Out Times

Guest Check In time is From 17:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs

Guest Check Out Time is upto 10:00 hrs. Later check out maybe availble, please ask at reception.

Service Charges & Taxes

All prices include Taxes & VAT. We reserve the right to charge a 10% Service Charge on Services Provided.

Buses, Taxis & Trains

Information here should be verified, as times change for no reason.

Buses to Fort William normally leave Roy Bridge at 5 minutes past the Even Hour between 8:00 & 18:00 hrs.

Buses to Roy Bridge normally leave Fort William at 30 minutes past the Odd Hour between 7:30 & 17:30 hrs.

Damages to the Hotel

The Guest will be held responsible for any Damages caused to the Hotel by the Guest or any person in their Party. The owner of the Hotel will make an estimate of the cost to repair the damages which the Guest is due to Pay. By the Guest staying in the Hotel it is understood that the Guest is in agreement with this condition.

Car Parking

There is a free to park Car Park which is operated on a "First Come, First Parked" Basis. Unfortunately it is not possible to pre-book parking spaces. Only Vehicles up tp the size of a Transit Van may use the Car Park. Mobile Home Vans are not allowed in the Car Park and are not allowed to Park Overnight.

Disabled Access

There is no Lift facilities within the Hotel, therefore disabled access is restriced to The Main Bar/Restuarant and Disabled Toilets.

The Bedrooms are located on the 1st & 2nd Floors and are not accessible via a wheelchair.

In-House Technology

The Hotel has High Speed internet access with Wi-Fi available in all areas of the Hotel.

The Bedrooms offer USB Phone Charging Points and 40 inch Large Flat Screen Televisions.

There is a Virtual Porter system being developed to offer Guest an Information Portal.

Opening Times

From April to October our Cafe/Bar opens at 8:00hrs for Breakfast and remains Open all Day serving Food until 21:00hrs

The Bar serves Alcohol from 11:00  till 23:00

Payments Policy

Accommodation Payments must be paid in Full at the time of Booking.

Food and Drink should be Paid as you go and not carried forward to the next Day.

Our Preferred Payment option is Cash its quicker and we do not have to pay commission on it.

We accept Payment for sums over £15.00 via Contactless Card upto £45.00 over £45.00 via Chip and Pin.

Child Policy

Children are welcome, however they must leave the premises Bar/Restaurant/Cafe areas by 20:00hrs.
